Day 64:
Look at this beauty! It is our first artichoke, and it is not full grown yet, but we are SO EXCITED to have grown such a beautiful plant! The plant itself is HUGE, takes up half a garden box, but we noticed today that it is not just one artichoke growing, there are multiple, so I guess the giant plant can stay! We love our garden, and our master Gardener!
So jealous. I love artichokes!
